This new printing station is versatile & portable. A big boys & girls toy but at the same time a very serious printing device The robotic like printing arm has many features.

The screen frame clamp has also had some changes done since. it can now be moved forward or back slightly. so now the arm can be moved forward or back to fit various size screens frames, adjust to your desired working position and print in comfort.

Made from metal - strong & Long lasting, unlike aluminuim that is soft and wear out over time

Engineered & Manufactured by me & team. My self have worked in the printing Industry for 15 Years doing various types of printing from manual to semi auto on screen printing, flexo graphic & off-set printing which involved printed circiut board, textile, membrane switched & packaging, So i believe i know what the screen printer needs at affordable price, and with my engineering background this has been achieved.

HOW THIS SYSTEM WORKS

1) This System includes a frame work station with a attached board which is your working table and can be placed on a bench or on the floor, on your knees if you like purhaps watching your faverite tv show or movie while you hard at work printing. it has 4 rubber feet so that it is non slip /non scratch. they can also be removed if you want to mount it to a bench using the same holes. The station was design so that a t-shirt can easly be slip on to the board

2) The printing arm slips onto your Frame work station with 2 x knobs to tighten and keep it in place. the arm can also be raised up or down by 50mm, allows you to print on other thicker items. the arm has 3 springs for extra strenght to allow for different screen sizes and weight. the arm will stay down when put down and stay up in between prints for single colour jobs.

3) The screen magazine has 4 knobs 2 is to clamp your screen in & registration adjustment would be left or right . At the rear are 2 other knobs to move you screen either back or towards you to adjust registration between colours./ The adjustment ratio is 10mm ( + / - 5mm ).
